Cook Food Every Day on TV!!!

Cooking Channel--the new tv channel, spin off of the Food Network--has a show Food(ography) hosted by Mo Rocca. The producers contacted Cook Food Every Day a few months ago, saying they were profiling new community cookbooks. Well their episode about cookbooks is now on the air, and during a portion on community cookbooks, the camera pans over a pile of books, and at the VERY TOP is Cook Food Every Day!

A twist on Cacao Maple Bacon Bites

Tom Wethern, who submitted the recipe amazingly addictive Cacao Maple Bacon Bites (page 33), is at it again!
Here is his latest version of his dish:

Here is his latest version of his dish: The pieces on the right include bacon that has been lacquered first, then covered in the maple cream and topped off with a whole cacao bean.
